Meet the Plantsman's Owner
Nick Zimmer
Nick Zimmer is the owner and founder of Plantsman. Nick has a degree in horticulture from Michigan State University. Nick is also owner and operator of Willow Greenhouse, a full service, pesticide-free retail garden center in Northville, Michigan. Nick became proficient using beneficial insects at Willow where he does all his production pesticide-free, utilizing beneficial insects to fight off pests instead of spraying pesticides. Nick founded Plantsman with a mission to help other growers ditch their chemical insecticides and switch to using beneficial bugs.
Sales Director at Plantsman Group
Kyle Miller
Kyle is the Sales Director at Plantsman Group, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in agriculture as both a grower and consultant. He holds a degree in Business Management from Penn State University. Before joining Plantsman Group in 2023, Kyle spent several years as a Sales Representative for BioBee, servicing the West coast. His deep growing expertise comes from working for and managing several medical cannabis facilities and CSA operations across Western Pennsylvania. Passionate about sustainable agriculture and innovative growing solutions, Kyle combines practical field knowledge with strong business acumen to drive success in the industry.
